Suriname’s forests cover more than nine‑tenths of the country and house an astounding array of wildlife. The Central Suriname Nature Reserve, one of the largest rainforest sanctuaries on Earth, shelters jaguars, giant river otters, and hundreds of bird species. Nearer the capital, Brownsberg Nature Park offers forest trails and waterfalls amid 1,450 plant and 350 bird species, just a short drive from Paramaribo.
Sète is a lovely port city in southern France, often called the "Venice of Languedoc" because of its many canals. The old port area is full of history and charm, making it a great place to explore. Visitors can stroll along the canals while observing the daily activities of fishermen and admire the array of boats moored along the quays.
Scoresby Sund (Kangertittivaq in Greenlandic), on the eastern coast of Greenland, is the largest and longest fjord system in the world. On the northern side of the fjord's mouth sits Ittoqqortoormiit, the only permanent settlement in the region and home to less than 500 residents. The region is well-known for its Arctic flora and fauna.
One of the few fully walled cities from Roman times, this city is located south of Liverpool. Interesting shops in the town center are on the second level.

Porto Torres is a city in northern Sardinia, situated on the bay of the Gulf of Asinara. It is home to a number of historical sights: the Basilica of San Gavino, an 11th-century Romanesque church, the largest in Sardinia; the necropolis of Su Crucifissu Mannu, an archaeological site from the Neolithic age; the remains of the Roman bridge on the Rio Mannu; and the ancient megalithic edifices known as nuraghi which have become a symbol of the Sardinian region.
