Burgos, located in northern Spain, is a city where medieval heritage is still part of daily life. At its heart stands the Burgos Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most striking examples of Gothic architecture in Europe. Construction began in 1221 and continued for over 300 years, resulting in a cathedral that features elaborate spires, stained glass, and the tomb of El Cid, Spain’s legendary military leader.

Abel Tasman National Park, located at the northern tip of New Zealand's South Island, is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Although not accessible by road, it is Peru's most important commerical center in the east. It is on the Amazon which is wide enough to allow freighters at their busy port. The 1880's saw the rubber boom and recently oil has been the boom.

Founded in 1749, Reynosa has grown into a vital manufacturing and trade center, but it also holds onto traditions that reflect both its regional roots and binational influences. The Plaza Principal is a popular gathering spot, often hosting live music and seasonal festivals.

Seclusion is the name of the game on Lizard. It's a large national-park island and surrounded by Osprey Island, Seabird Islet, South and Palfrey islands. Lizard has special historical interest due to Captain Cook's visit. It also has fine diving and fishing possibilities, 23 superb beaches (among the reef's best) and great swimming and snorkelling.
